Building on their first EP „◐“ the band expanded their approach and built upon the foundations playing live and spending countless hours refining the songs and arrangements. Now armed with an 8 song, 42 minute LP, age of strange cults are again exploring seemingly familiar post-metal/sludge territory but mixing it with their trademark weirdness and crushing heaviness.

The album was again recorded and mixed by Werner Thenmayer at Elephantwest Studios and mastered by Valentin Langer at Ghostwood Audio.
